WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE Assist with a variety of physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials. Support Skilled Tradespeople Clean and Prepare Job Sites, remove debris, sweep, and set up or take down work areas to ensure a safe and organized job site. Utilize shovels, drills, saws, and other tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Follow workplace safety protocols, wear necessary PPE, and promptly report hazards or incidents. Load and Unload Materials and Equipment Transport and store construction materials, supplies, or machinery as instructed by supervisors or foremen. Perform Other Duties as Assigned WHAT WE SEEK Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Field of Study Preferred: N/A Required Work Experience: N/A Travel Requirements: Daily Travel Required Strong listening abilities and the capacity to accurately follow verbal or written instructions. Understanding and application of workplace safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Teamwork and Communication Skills: Capability to collaborate effectively with others in a team environment, maintain a positive demeanor, and communicate proficiently. Reliable and Punctual Work Ethic: Consistent attendance, dependable performance, and a readiness to work flexible hours or overtime. Basic Knowledge of Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to operate and maintain them safely as required. Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks. Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must comply with all safety protocols and the proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
